ホームディレクトリの.profileファイルに

export http_proxy=http://proxy.hoge.hoge:3128

export https_proxy=http://proxy.hoge.hoge:3128

と書いておけばよい．

知らなかったが.bash_profileファイルがあると .profileファイルは無視されるみたい．
